Born in Sri Lanka and raised on Prince Edward Island,
Amanda is a queer multidisciplinary artist that creates
enchanting experimental-folk music and visual art.

With a voice like honey and ethereal guitar-loops,
she blends inher roots – from both islands that raised her.
Her healing sounds cradle grief and summon love.
Breaking your heart open, only to make you feel whole again.

On stage, as an homage to Sri Lankan and Acadian folklore, 
they draw you into vulnerability, connection, and contemplation through interactive storytelling and multilingual singalongs. 
With layered loops, her timeless sound mimics the cyclical moments of life – each song blending into the other,
unsure when one has ended and how the next began.
